Overview of the Position

James Frizelle's Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Accounts Clerk to enhance our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Accurately processing financial entries, daily cost assessments, and weekly financial reports. Accounting Functions: Managing and processing transactions related to vehicle sales, including retail and wholesale operations; handling cash flow, banking, and electronic payment receipts. Administrative Support: Overseeing the procurement of office supplies, managing documentation with various vendors, and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems. Ensuring precision in all documentation, including spreadsheets, scheduling, and bookings as necessary. Timely processing of data and related documents. Responding to inquiries efficiently and promptly. Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the relevant operational teams as needed. Collaborating with other departments on assigned projects. Upholding and promoting the policies and procedures of the organization.

Strong dedication to quality, compliance, and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Proven reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, with a capacity to set realistic objectives, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize tasks. Adherence to reasonable instructions provided by management. Willingness to cooperate with organizational policies and procedures. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
