Position Overview

Peter Warren Automotive Holdings is actively seeking a Financial Administration Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Executing journal entries, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings.
  • Accounting Functions: Managing costing and processing for pre-owned vehicle sales, retail, and wholesale; handling banking allocations, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts.
  • Office Management: Ordering office supplies, managing various forms and supplier interactions, electronic document archiving/scanning, and physical file organization.
  • Ensure precision in all documentation, including spreadsheets, appointments, and bookings as necessary.
  • Process data and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Respond to emails effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the relevant operations team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects.
  • Support and uphold the policies and procedures of PWAH.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
