Position Overview

Peter Warren Automotive is actively seeking an Accounts Clerk to become part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Handling journal entries, daily RMS costings, and weekly CTP costings.
  • Accounting Functions: Processing and costing for used vehicle sales, retail, and wholesale; managing banking allocations, cash sales, and EFTPOS receipts.
  • Administrative Duties: Ordering office supplies, managing various forms and vendor relations, electronic archiving/scanning, and maintaining physical files.
  • Ensure precision in all documentation, including spreadsheets, appointments, and bookings as necessary.
  • Process data and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Respond to emails effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the relevant operations team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams on assigned projects.
  • Support and uphold the policies and procedures of PWAH.
