About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Architect to join our Retail Capability team on a 12-month Maximum Term Contract. This role will play a critical part in delivering strong operational excellence, customer experience, business performance, and risk/regulatory adherence across our Retail Brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, embed, execute, and continually refine learning experiences that align with the Retail Capability Framework.
  • Create and deliver onboarding programs, upskill initiatives, performance support tools, and role transition programs.
  • Lead a small team of capability specialists, guiding and mentoring them to ensure effective implementation of learning experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Requirements:
  • Strong information and communication design skills that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and understanding.
  • Experience in learning and development, enabling creation of impactful training programs and resources.
  • Internal consulting skills well-developed, enabling management of diverse tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and systems thinking capabilities.
  • Intermediate instructional design skills, including video production, e-learning, assessment creation, and classroom facilitation.
