We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Advisor to join our team at Westpac.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent opportunity available 38 hours per week. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and seamless service to our customers, building rock-solid relationships and making it clear you understand what our customers need today – and what their plans are for tomorrow.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will have experience meeting and exceeding KPI targets while continuing to provide exceeding customer service. You will be passionate about building and maintaining relationships with customers to not only make sales, but to help them with their banking needs. To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, possess excellent time management, and most importantly, be willing to learn.
