Customer Success Specialist

- As a Customer Success Specialist at Logixboard, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for providing proactive guidance to customers on the effective application and use of our solution. Your goal will be to help our customers identify opportunities to expand, protect, and build their current portfolio.
- As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Logixboard Account Managers to understand customer objectives and provide dynamic guidance and suggestions to achieve those goals. You will also be responsible for providing stimulating guided tutorials to ensure high enthusiasm and adoption of our platform.
- This role requires someone who is self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and has a high level of business acumen. You should be naturally inquisitive and fulfilled by helping customers achieve and exceed their desired business outcomes.
- We are looking for someone with at least 2+ years of experience in the global logistics industry and direct customer engagement experience. You should have a high level of comfort with technology and strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
