Customer Success Role Overview

Quandoo Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our partner restaurants achieve their full potential on the Quandoo platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our partner restaurants, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with the wider Customer Success team to ensure goals are being met across our partner base in the APAC region.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our partner restaurants, helping them gain the most out of our platform and reach optimum value.
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of our product and service to clearly communicate the value to our partners.
  • Have a commercially minded approach to nurturing our partner base, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Proactively engage with partners to mitigate churn risk through early assessment of their use of the Quandoo service and product.
  • Be the voice of our partners, providing internal feedback on how we can improve the Quandoo platform and services.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in providing an exceptional customer experience in the B2B sector.
  • Proactive approach with a sales undertone to servicing our partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in successfully overcoming challenging situations.
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-disciplined.
  • Understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy when performing tasks.
  • Efficient time and priority management skills.
