With a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service, you'll be responsible for managing an active pipeline of consumers, informing them of the best available support we can offer, and ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action warm inbound leads via the telephone and manage an active pipeline of consumers
  • Inform consumers of the best available support we can offer through their Home Care Package
  • Ensure accurate data entry into our CRM platform
  • Engage with consumers, their family members, and/or representatives with empathy and understanding
What We Offer:
  • Full-time employment with regular weekday hours (37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm)
  • A base salary, uncapped commissions, and superannuation
