About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Portfolio Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively respond to sales inquiries through various channels, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to convert business opportunities, including preparing client quotations and contracts.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal departments, including Revenue, Reservations, F&B, and Front Office.
  • Coordinate and execute social media, marketing, and PR campaigns to promote our properties and drive sales.
  • Train and develop in-depth knowledge of our property portfolio, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage sales inquiries and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel accommodation or travel industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to establish strong rapport with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud, and Sales Force is desirable but not essential.
