Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with prospective consumers, understanding their needs, and showcasing our services in a personal and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Action all warm inbound leads via the telephone and manage an active pipeline of consumers
  • Inform consumers of the best available support we can help them access through their Home Care Package
  • Ensure all data received is accurately entered into our CRM, a Salesforce-based platform
  • Engage with consumers, their family members, and/or their representatives with empathy and understanding

What We Offer

  • Full-time employment with regular weekday hours (37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm)
  • A base salary, uncapped commissions, and superannuation
  • Hybrid working week – five days a fortnight in the office
  • Ongoing training and upskilling to align with your career goals and progression
