Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a critical role in building relationships with prospective consumers, understanding their needs, and showcasing our services in a personalized and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Action and manage warm inbound leads via phone calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Inform consumers about the best available support we can provide through our Home Care Packages, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Accurately enter all data received into our CRM system, a Salesforce-based platform, to ensure seamless data management and analysis.
  • Engage with consumers, their family members, and/or representatives with empathy, understanding, and a customer-centric approach.

What We Offer

  • Full-time employment with regular weekday hours (37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

Requirements
