Job Title: Patient Communication Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Part-time Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, and staff members
  • Manage the reception area efficiently, ensuring a welcoming and organized space
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records and communicate with parents/carers as needed
  • Order event supplies and organize second-hand uniform stock
  • Monitor unwell students, record required student sickness, and liaise with parents/carers
  • Maintain social media accounts, post updates, and respond to enquiries/comments

This is a permanent part-time position requiring 3 days per week, 8.15am to 3.15pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong Christian faith, excellent communication skills, and experience with Google Drive and social media applications.
