Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Account Growth Specialist to join our Sales team.

This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who can actively lead key strategic accounts and/or a bespoke portfolio of strategic accounts, driving sustainable growth through the maximisation of profile, share of wallet and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for the customer(s) that aligns with business objectives.
  • Sustain and expand executive-level relationships and contacts within the customer(s).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the customer(s) sales & revenue forecast.
  • Championing internally for the customer(s) at executive and operational levels.

The ideal candidate has experience in managing and selling complex B2B solutions to large business customers, including:

  • Identifying, qualifying, proposing and closing sales opportunities with long sales lead times.
  • Extensive large account management experience.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including customer and opportunity planning and revenue forecasting.

This role requires someone with experience/exposure in Federal Government and the ability to navigate government processes.
