We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Lead to support our Australia business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic plans, build relationships with customers and partners, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities
- BUILD strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in business or a related field
- Previous experience working in Australia
