We're driving business growth through innovative solutions at a leading telecom group. As a Business Development Lead in our Sales Division, you'll foster key customer relationships and transform their vision into reality.
The Day-to-Day- Develop strategic partnerships with senior executives for seamless delivery of complex solutions.
- Lead high-level conversations with clients, providing guidance and mentorship to influence revenue, cost optimization, and capability development.
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability, and new business opportunities while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with functional leads and account teams for outstanding customer experiences and strict goal adherence.
- Maintain high sales activity levels for an effective opportunity pipeline.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient new business implementation and satisfied customers.
- BUILD strong relationships covering all relevant contacts within the customer account.
- You should have over five years of experience in corporate business or government departments, particularly in customer service, sales, or marketing roles.
- You should have proven experience in business-to-business sales in the corporate marketplace with a consultative selling style.
- You should possess excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate at C-levels.
- You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and effective listening capabilities for successful negotiation of high-level sales deals.
- You should exhibit a strong sense of business acumen and skill in self-management, planning, and administration.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent understanding of the telecom industry.
- Proven track record of success in business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
