The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Smith & Co Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in receivables management or debt collection and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
- Manage individual client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Work closely with customers to drive sales, manage client accounts, and build relationships.
- Focus on customer onboarding, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring clients achieve value from the product or service.
- Leads a team of support staff to resolve technical or service-related issues while maintaining positive client interactions.
- Works with current and potential clients to grow business relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Building and establishing relationships with customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in receivables management or debt collection.
- Customer orientated and committed to delivering an exceptional experience
- Has the confidence to ask difficult questions
- Is confident, innovative and loves to challenge the status quo
- Has a high level of problem solving, negotiation skills & ability to think outside the square
- Has excellent judgement, critical thinker with risk awareness
