Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in NSW. Working exclusively with CTP or Workers Compensation portfolios, this role will involve supporting claimants to return to work and function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident in NSW, conducting assessments including Activities of Daily Living and Initial Needs Assessments for Return to Work.
  • Provide client-centred recovery recommendations, working closely with Insurer IMAs, Treatment Providers, Employers and other stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with local NSW CTP Insurers and develop expertise in rehabilitation service delivery.

This is a flexible role with opportunities for full-time or part-time work, based at any of our Metro Sydney offices. If you are relocating from interstate, we can offer relocation assistance.

About the Role
  • Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
  • Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme and excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with honesty and integrity
  • Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check
