About the Job

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assessing and managing complex rehabilitation cases.

You will work closely with experienced clinicians and support staff to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans for clients
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure effective case management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Previous clinical and/or DVA experience highly regarded
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
