About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a rehabilitation expert in Metro Sydney to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant who is looking for additional responsibilities and to take the next step in their career.
Your caseload will consist of a variety of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios including Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, and more.
We offer tailored progression pathways to suit your skills and interests - become a specialist, subject matter expert, portfolio manager, relationship manager, technical specialist or team leader.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and provide case management services to customers.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules).
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
- Previous clinical and/or DVA experience highly regarded.
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
