Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals who have experienced a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills. You will work closely with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals who require support in navigating complex rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of each client and develop tailored return-to-work strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and implement effective programs to support injured employees in returning to work
  • Educate employers on the importance of workplace wellness and the benefits of good work practices

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (5th year- Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)
  • Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Proven experience in delivering rehabilitation services, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
