Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

About the Role

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans that promote optimal recovery outcomes.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care and effective goal setting.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed.

Your expertise in clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams will be essential in driving positive outcomes for our clients.

Requirements
  • Current registration or membership with a relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, or AASW).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping people recover and achieve optimal functioning.
