Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team in Metro Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on additional responsibilities and advance their career in occupational rehabilitation.

As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios, including Workers Compensation, CTP, DVA, and more.

You can choose to specialize in areas such as:

  • CTP Specialist
  • Medicolegal Assessor
  • Subject Matter Expert
  • Portfolio Manager
  • Relationship Manager
  • Technical Specialist or Team Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA membership and SIRA modules)
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Previous clinical and/or DVA experience (highly regarded)
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
