About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employability team as an Employability Partnership Coordinator - WIL Program Developer. This role will play a key part in the development, planning, and delivery of communications campaigns across multiple channels to students, staff, and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to promote Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) and employability programs.
  • Collaborate with students, staff, and external partners to co-create innovative WIL and employability initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between student participants and Swinburne Schools to drive the promotion of employability and WIL opportunities.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, ensure quality assurance, and report on outcomes and impacts.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in communications strategising, co-designing and co-delivering activities, content production, event planning, and stakeholder engagement. You will also require strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
