The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced partnerships professional to represent our partnership organization in the ANZ region. This role requires someone who can think strategically while acting tactically to achieve business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create partner-led sales velocity to drive overall license revenue growth between Sitecore sellers and partners in the ANZ region.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional plans to drive predictable revenue growth with sellers and take an active role in deal closures.
  • Work with existing and new partners to drive predictable growth through agreed business plans, ensuring quality delivery via adequate investment in training and development.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to run events, councils, and support Sitecore events for maximum business impact.
  • Lead the entire partner strategy and execution for the APJ region, aligned with our strategic sales GTM, and involve bringing on new partner types and finding new routes to market.
  • Run weekly forecast sessions and pipeline reviews with portfolio partners, being proactive in forecast sessions as a peer.
What You Need to Succeed
  • A minimum of 8 years of Partner/Alliance experience in SAAS-Enterprise Software organizations, preferably in MarTech industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and sales process experience to analyze pipeline reports, accurately forecast, and operate at all levels of internal and partner organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, self-assess priorities, communicate effectively, present ideas confidently, and influence partners.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively, persuade, critically think, negotiate, and influence change.
