About the Role

As a key member of the Technical Services Team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable practices across the Partnership's physical estate.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and regulations, while also promoting healthy and sustainable buildings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the implementation of the Responsible Property Framework (RPF) to ensure sustainable asset management.
  • Evolution of the RPF to meet the Partnership's aspirations and sustainability goals.
  • Assessing and addressing climate risks across the built environment.
  • Monitoring and enhancing indoor environment quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a sustainability or engineering discipline.
  • Strong business strategy skills.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Effective communication of complex data to senior stakeholders.
