About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work across various teams, driving positive change and supporting key initiatives. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP): Contribute to Asahi's reconciliation journey by developing and implementing its first RAP.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support coordination of initiatives across the organisation, including research and analysis to identify best practice.
  • Cross-functional Career Development: Embark on a diverse career path by working with the People & Corporate Affairs team and other functions within Asahi Beverages.
  • Networking Opportunities: Exposure to different departments will help you grow your network and build valuable professional relationships.
  • Ongoing Learning and Development: We provide regular learning and development opportunities, mentorship, and guidance from experienced professionals.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Australian First Nations history, protocols, and significant people and events, as well as demonstrated connection and involvement with local Aboriginal Communities.

This role requires cultural knowledge, community connections, or demonstrated capability.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, applicants must be:

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals with Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency.
  • Early in their career journey, with a degree highly favourable.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
