Front Office Duty Manager Role at Travel + Leisure Co.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Sydney team as a Front Office Duty Manager. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, providing exceptional service to owners and guests, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position comes with an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting and registering owners and guests efficiently
  • Providing information about local area attractions and services
  • Managing guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Buidling, developing, training, and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level (3 years)
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, preferably Opera
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and active listening
  • Detail-focused with an organized approach and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • A valid driver's license
