The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our Sydney office team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception duties, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Providing administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Ensuring the security and safety of our office premises, including monitoring access controls and reporting any incidents to the Office Manager.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including booking rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing kitchen supplies, including ordering and restocking items as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, including the kitchen and meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with special projects and events, as required.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a high level of energy and enthusiasm. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration or customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Apart from your technical skills, you should possess:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and annual leave.
