
Senior Enterprise Growth Leader

Job Description:
An experienced Senior Enterprise Growth Leader is required to lead our Australia & New Zealand team in acquiring new enterprise customers, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth from existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales quotas and deliver measurable impact on revenue and growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and expand accounts across diverse industries.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to align on partnership goals and unlock new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B/B2B2C sales experience, with at least 4+ years in a sales management role.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders/C-suite executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to address diverse customer needs.
- Data-driven decision-making to optimize sales processes and strategies.
