Job Title: Enterprise Growth Leader
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Growth Leader to develop and execute strategic growth plans for complex enterprise clients.
- Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Identify and convert new growth opportunities into measurable business outcomes by leveraging industry trends, market insights, and customer needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and case studies at executive level to drive business decisions and secure new deals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts. Experience influencing at board/C-suite level is also essential, as well as strategic leadership skills with the ability to design and deliver growth programs. Strong commercial mindset - translating 'green shoots' into tangible results - is also a must. In addition, excellent communication and presentation skills with polish and credibility, high emotional intelligence and resilience, and a collaborative leadership style are all required.
