Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrator to join our Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily troubleshooting and support for office-related matters, including pass and locker access, IT and password assistance.
  • Manage new starter onboarding preparation, mobile phone service requests, and review monthly mobile service usage reporting.
  • Perform regular office walkarounds and serve as the main contact for any issues concerning office amenities, such as coffee machines, printers, and shared areas.
  • Handle domestic travel bookings, change requests, and process corporate insurance claims.
  • Add new suppliers to the system and ensure compliance.
  • Download credit card statements and upload them to JDE, along with processing credit card expense reports.

  • Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
