Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
">About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading marketing, distribution and sales provider of print solutions as a Service Delivery Manager.
- The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service, managing a team of service professionals and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical service staff, ensuring they meet their agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee service delivery in-house or on-site, providing technical and service support to partners and end users.
- Manage customer technical needs, overseeing service agents' activities and liaising with international partners on service issues.
- Review and analyze internal service processes, providing strategic advice on service and warranty programs.
- Budget preparation, tracking, and targets.
- Management of ongoing team training requirements and certification in accordance with international KPIs.
Requirements:
- Degree or similar in technical fields or relevant commercial or practical experience.
- Knowledge of electrical circuitry and/or relevant certifications for working with 120+ volts highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a service management role.
- Technical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Ability to analyze and determine improvements by optimizing workflows, and eliminating waste.
- Knowledge of wide format printing highly desirable.

Educational Requirements: Degree or similar in technical fields or relevant commercial or practical experience.
Estimated Salary Range: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
