Job Overview

This role involves overseeing and optimizing operations across multiple states, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work culture and providing mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, implementing best practices and continuously improving processes to optimize service delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for soft services operations, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs without compromising service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implement performance metrics and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards pertaining to soft services operations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing soft services operations across multiple states or regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in soft services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in the facilities management industry.
  • Ability to travel across states as needed.
