About the Role

This role is part of our Problem & Incident function, responsible for restoring normal service operations as quickly as possible to minimise business impact during service outages. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITIL Problem Management Administration, proven leadership skills, and excellent customer-service abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consistent, trusted and high-quality problem management to assigned customers and operational services. This includes identifying root causes of outages, developing solutions, and managing workarounds to alleviate recurrence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of IT service management processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in ITIL Problem Management Administration
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Extensive experience in customer-service and communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ITIL V3 qualified
