About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Vertiv. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of key accounts, overseeing maintenance and audits nationally, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of key accounts, including operational execution, continuous improvement, and planning, process, and reporting.
  • Oversee maintenance and conduct audits nationally to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the data center or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with project management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data center operations and service delivery.
What We Offer

Vertiv offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
