About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Werribee Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customers' transactional banking needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers, and CommFX.
  • Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' needs and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
  • Assist with cash and ATM procedures, ensuring accurate reconciliation and adherence to Bank processes.
  • Educate and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to start your career in banking.
  • An interest in improving customers' financial well-being and lives.
  • The ability to ask relevant questions, respond to customers' needs, and refer them to the right team members.
