About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Receptionist at St Vincent's Care Mitchelton. As a member of our experienced team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to residents, visitors, and staff
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Respond to telephone enquiries and provide assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality care and service standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • High level of customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
