Job Overview

The Administrative Support Officer will maintain administrative operations for accredited and non-accredited training, supporting the Training Delivery Officer in planning and coordinating training courses.

  • Promote ethical behavior and alignment with Aspen Medical's Social Purpose and B Corp principles.
  • Support the Registered Training Organisation and Learning Design Manager (RTO Manager) and the Training Team as a whole.
  • Collect, collate, and file data for the training team.
  • Input information into the training database as required.
  • Assist the Training Delivery Officer in managing the Student Management/Learning Management System.
  • Produce and distribute certificates for accredited and non-accredited training delivery.
  • Coordinate with the RTO Manager to produce promotional materials when necessary.
  • Compile and distribute essential documents for training delivery.
  • Handle training enquiries professionally.
  • Assist the Training Delivery Officer in maintaining and cleaning training equipment.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for training purposes.
  • Set up meetings and training rooms for presentations and meetings as required.
  • Implement corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Provide up-to-date training delivery reports.
  • Support the RTO Manager with administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires developed written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, quality customer service, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, ability to maintain confidentiality, and basic administrative functions.

A suitable candidate should have office administrative qualifications and previous experience in Microsoft Office and working in a Registered Training Organisation in administrative roles.
