About Our Lifestyle Assistant Role:
Our organisation is seeking a Lifestyle Support Professional to join our team in providing high-quality support services to residents. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lifestyle programs that promote socialisation, wellness, and community involvement.- Assist in the development and delivery of group and individual lifestyle activities, fostering resident choice and participation;
- Support residents with personal care during activities like bus trips, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met;
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and maintain a safe working environment;
- Promote resident autonomy and independence through person-centred support;
- Work effectively with families and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in leisure and health;

To Succeed in This Role:
We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support. To be considered, you'll need:
A Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support, or equivalent qualification;Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards providing person-centred care;Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues;A commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, and preferences;A willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.Why Join Us?
