We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians, supporting them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and implementing social and leisure programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive activities that promote physical, emotional and cognitive well-being.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with older adults and their families
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications (desired)
