We are seeking a dedicated Wellness and Lifestyle Professional to join our team.

This role involves facilitating and coordinating direct reports to provide person-centered safe and effective wellness and lifestyle programs. You will work closely with staff, volunteers, and students to deliver high-quality services that empower residents to engage in meaningful activities that improve their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma level qualification in health promotion, social work, dementia care, health coaching, healthy ageing or leisure and lifestyle, and sound knowledge of the Aged Care Standards particularly as they relate to accreditation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and delivering wellness and lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs of residents
  • Supporting and enabling residents to maximize their independence and improve their overall well-being
  • Utilizing evidence-based tools and best practices to plan and deliver high-quality lifestyle and exercise services that promote healthy ageing and person-centered care
