About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our lifestyle services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality lifestyle services and activities for our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include encouraging resident choice and participation in individual and group activities, assisting in the design and delivery of lifestyle services and activities, and implementing innovative events and activities that promote social interaction and community engagement.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be required to provide direct resident care during activities such as bus trips, including assistance with personal hygiene and toileting, and provide support with meals service, mobility, and social support.

  • Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
  • Assist in designing and delivering lifestyle services and activities
  • Implement innovative events and activities promoting social interaction
  • Provide direct resident care during activities
  • Support residents with daily tasks and needs
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., aged care, health science, social work)
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
