Senior Lifestyle Coordinator

Bolton Clarke, Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care provider, is seeking a skilled Senior Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team.

We shape the future of positive ageing by delivering exceptional care to over 130,000 people in our retirement living communities and residential aged care homes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs, and choices.

About the Opportunity
  • Design, deliver, and monitor group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents.
  • Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies.
  • Ensure recreational activities, therapies, and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal, and ethical standards.
About You
  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential).
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to take initiative, innovate, and coordinate creative and engaging programs.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts.
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
