A creative and proactive lifestyle assistant sought to join our team. As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
About the OpportunityThis role is ideal for a motivated individual who has a passion for delivering engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative activities that promote social interaction, personal growth, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lifestyle programs that meet the changing needs of our clients.
- Provide support with personal care as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- Full driver's license.
- Certificate III/IV Aged Care/Individual Support/Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent.
- Experience in Aged Care/Health Care.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to involve community, relatives, team members, and volunteers.
