**Job Opportunity:** Lifestyle Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Support Specialist. This role will involve developing and implementing activity programs that promote the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specialized activity programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to identify the needs of each resident and tailor activities accordingly.
  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate lifestyle programs to ensure they meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an aged care environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and engage with residents living with mental health and/or dementia is essential.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment is required.
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure would be looked upon favorably.
