Superannuation and Financial Services Regulatory Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team in Sydney and Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience advising superannuation and/or other financial services clients on regulatory matters.
The selected individual will be responsible for helping clients with their most important projects, including responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions. They will also advise on superannuation fund mergers, work with our M&A team on transactions, and prepare commercial agreements.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent academics, legal analysis, writing, and communication skills. A desire to specialise in superannuation and financial services regulatory work is essential.
About You- Experience advising superannuation and/or other financial services clients on a range of regulatory matters;
- Private practice experience working in a specialist superannuation and/or financial services regulatory team or in-house legal experience (including on secondment);
- A desire to specialise in superannuation and financial services regulatory work;
- Excellent academics and legal analysis, writing, and communication skills;
- A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others.
