Superannuation Regulatory Specialist

- Assisting with regulatory projects and transformation initiatives
- Responding to investigations and prosecutions by authorities
- Advising on superannuation fund mergers
- Collaborating with the M&A team on financial transactions
- Providing guidance on regulatory obligations such as licensing and disclosure
- Negotiating commercial agreements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience advising clients on regulatory matters (e.g., SIS Act, APRA standards)
- Private practice or in-house experience in superannuation/financial services law
- A desire to specialize in this area
- Strong analytical skills and academic record
- Motivation to learn and grow
