About the Role

You will work with our team in Sydney, collaborating with lawyers across various offices. You will gain exposure to complex superannuation and financial services regulatory work.

We support our lawyers in finding their niche and developing broad expertise.

Our clients include Australia's leading superannuation funds, wealth platforms, insurers, banks, and financial service providers.

  • Assist with regulatory projects and transformations
  • Respond to investigations and prosecutions by authorities like APRA and ASIC
  • Advise on superannuation fund mergers
  • Collaborate with our M&A team on financial transactions
  • Provide guidance on regulatory obligations such as licensing and disclosure
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including outsourcing and distribution
About You

You should have:

  • Experience advising superannuation or financial services clients on regulatory matters
  • Private practice or in-house experience in superannuation/financial services law
  • A desire to specialize in this area
  • Strong academic record, legal analysis, writing, and communication skills
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and mentor others
