Senior Associate, Superannuation and Financial Services Specialist

Our organization seeks a talented legal professional to join our specialist team working with superannuation and financial services clients on regulatory matters. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced lawyers and experts in the field, developing your skills and knowledge of superannuation and financial services regulation.
This is an exciting chance to contribute to high-profile projects and transactions in the financial services area, working closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory issues and achieve their business objectives.
You will have experience advising clients on regulatory matters, private practice experience working in a specialist superannuation and/or financial services regulatory team is valued. You will also have excellent academics and legal analysis, writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements;
- Assisting clients to respond to regulatory investigations and prosecutions;
- Advising on superannuation fund mergers;
- Working with our M&A team on transactions in the financial services area;
- Preparing and negotiating commercial agreements;
