About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Manager, Superannuation Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and partner with our Superannuation business and Trustee entities. This role plays a critical part in enabling our internal teams to deliver exceptional services to our end clients by ensuring financial integrity, insight, and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial support for Superannuation and Trustee entities, including regulatory compliance (CPS 190 and CPS 515)
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Member Office teams to assess and implement finance-related impacts of new superannuation legislation
  • Coordinate with other Finance teams to develop 3-year financial plans aligned with Trustee business strategies
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts for Fund General Reserves and present insights to Trustee Boards
  • Support monthly financial close processes, ensuring accurate revenue and expense reporting, and deliver insightful variance analysis
  • Contribute to ASX quarterly announcements, market releases, and full-year results presentations
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting for strategic initiatives, including business case development and benefits realisation
  • Support product remediation programs with financial insights and analysis
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure financial needs are met effectively
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and support ad hoc analysis as required

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Commerce
  • CA or CPA qualification preferred
  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, ideally with a superannuation focus
  • Proven experience leading regulatory change within Finance
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, FUMA, and financial performance drivers
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to execution in dynamic environments
  • Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
